The PRS 500i Plus Digital Positioner provides precise control of movement and can be applied in any brand of turning press, regardless of manufacturer, size of fold and type (mechanical or hydraulic).

The PRS 500i Plus has an internal relay that may be used in the interlocking of the operating machine command, signaling that positioning in under way.

The IHM (Man-Machine Interface) is very simple, the adaptation of the operator with the equipment is fast and does not require any specialization.

The electronic control circuit uses the latest generation microprocessor, the program storage memory is type E2PROM, which can store up to 500 programs of 10 folding steps.

The monitoring of position is performed by an incremental encoder, that sends the information to the microprocessor so it can make necessary adjustments.

The drive is provided by an AC motor controlled by a frequency inverter using two speeds: one for movement and the other for positioning.

The PRS 500i Plus has a referencing system, that searches for a preset position every time the device is turned on.

For end of course safety a sensor is also used. Should there be any problem, the device is turned off, sending an error message until the problem is solved.
